Putaran kesepuluh reli Jerman berlangsung empat hari sejak Kamis hingga Minggu (22-25/8/2019).
Reli Jerman berlangsung di lintasan aspal dan menjadi bagian dari seri WRC sejak tahun 2002.
Dua pereli Prancis, Sebastien Loeb dan Sebastien Ogier tercatat sebagai orang yang paling banyak menang, masing-masing 9 kali.

Namun pada reli Jerman pekan lalu, Sebastien Ogier yang membela tim Citroen Total, gagal tampil apik karena mobil Citroen C3 andalannya bermasalah.
Sementara pereli tim Hyundai Shell Mobis, Thierry Neuville yang berpeluang memenangkan lomba, juga terkendala mobil Hyundai i20 Coupe-nya rusak.
Alhasil, reli Jerman kali ini dikuasai pereli tim Toyota Gazoo Racing yang menggeber Toyota Yaris.
